Still a businesswoman. Still a servant. But now… I was also grieving. I didn’t stop leading but I led with tears in my eyes. I didn’t stop showing up but I showed up broken. And slowly, I learned that healing isn’t something you wait to finish before you begin again. You can build while healing. You can lead with a limp. You can carry loss and still carry purpose.
